FANTASTIC TEAM LEADER ROLE JUST OPENED WITH EXPANDING WASTE MANAGEMENT RECYCLING COMPANY IN EXETER
My client is a Recycling and Waste Management company, Due to them currently enjoying an exciting period of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Team leader to join their busy team.
Job Title: Team Leader
Location: EXETER
Package: GBP27,000 + overtime at 1.5 and pension
Any of these qualifications a plus but not required: COTC, IOSH, NEBOSH,
Ideally you will have a Forklift or Telehandler Licence / excavator licence / Loading Shovel Licence
Reporting into the Yard Manager, this position will see you managing a team of picking staff and Plant drivers
You will also maintain a strong focus on health and safety procedures.
You are required to have gained previous experience within the Waste Management and Recycling sector.
You will be able to work well as part of a team, as well as your own initiative.
You will have previous man - management or supervisory experience.
You will be an excellent communicator, both in the written and verbal sense.
Carry out plant maintenance checks, ensuring that any faults are reported and noted for repair.
You will comply with company Health and Safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Operate plant equipment like: Excavator, 360 Loading Shovel, FLT, telehandler
