Sales Centre Mananger
One of the longest-running outdoor education operators in the UK is looking to appoint a Contact Centre Sales Manager to control the day to day Operations of their National Sales Centre.
The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales via multiple channels, including 'online' and Telephone (both inbound and outbound), co-ordinating sales campaigns and motivating and inspiring teams to ensure that channels KPI's are met.
What you'll need???
Experience working in a Senior Sales Management role within a contact centre environment
Experience within a fast-paced sales environment, with inbound and outbound sales channels
Experience managing and motivating sales teams focused on new and repeat business
The ability to formulate and deliver sales strategies that have result in revenue growth
Experience within the outdoor education, hospitality or retail sector would be advantageous
