Our client is a specialising in Energy and Environmental services based near St Albans, are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Energy Assessor to join their technical team.
Your new role as an Energy Assessor will see you take the lead on SAP Assessments and Calculations on a variety of projects across the UK, and support the technical team with a variety of tasks.
Some of the main duties of this Energy Assessor role will see you:
Complete SAP Assessments
Carry out SAP and SBEM Calculations
Conduct a variety of Energy assessments
Be involved in the BREEAM processTo be considered for this Energy Assessor position, you will ideally:
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience with an energy/sustainability consultancy.
Be a Qualified OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor)
Have experience with SBEM Calculations
Have a comprehensive understanding of BREEAM
