Cambridge multi site Regional Facilities Manager position for a growing business with international operations in the real estate and property area, where the right individual will have experience on maintaining facilitates and commercial properties from a maintenance standpoint as well as offering great customer service, staff support and improving revenues for the sites
Client Details
Leading commercial real estate and property management company who have international operations and 4 sites across Cambridgeshire, focused around Cambridge town centre. A supportive senior management team is in place in need of a Regional Facilities Manager to manage multiple sites whilst improving revenues and reducing costs, specifically around using contractors.
Description
Regional Facilities Manager duties and responsibilities;
Managing the 4 sites facilities
Provide maintenance updates to ensure site safety, cleanliness and image is kept in great shape
Providing great customer service
Help keep sites looking great through regular maintenance
Supporting centre staff at each site.
Providing operational support across the region
Manage site PnL's and look to increase revenue through generate new revenue and salesProfile
Regional Facilities Manager experience and characteristics;
Previous facility maintenance experience
Happy top be hands on and ensure the reduction of contractor usages for site upkeep
experience managing sites and centres serving the public
Able to keep sites looking great through regular maintenance
great customer service skills and prior exposure improving revenue through generating sales
Some exposure to managing PnLs would be of great benefit but non essential
Experience managing staff and supporting them
good administration and organisation capabilities
