Temporary Receptionist - 5 month contract

An excellent temporary opportunity to work as part of a talented team within a respected local company. You will provide full receptionist duties within a busy office environment.
To maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area
The first point of contact for visitors ensuring a welcome and informed arrival
To deal with deliveries and organise their distribution promptly
Provide the main point of contact for incoming telephone calls, ensuring the smooth transition of any transferred calls using the switchboard system
Provide drinks and refreshments to visitors
Book meeting rooms and keep meeting rooms tidy.
