EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY - 6 month contract + - German Technical Support - Helpdesk - 1st & 2nd Line Support
Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for IT? Do you enjoy problem solving and delivering excellent customer service?
I have an exclusive 6 month contract to join an internal Service Desk team supporting their German business division.
You will provide 1st & 2nd line technical support on their Windows Desktop & Server estate, Mobile devices, internal applications and systems and network connectivity.
I am keen to speak with candidates who
- Are fluent in German, both verbally and in writing
- Have excellent customer service focus and are used to supporting large, corporate environments
- Have strong analytical and problem-shooting skills
- Are interested and/or have experience of IT systems with experience of one of the following an added bonus
- Windows Server & Desktop technologies
- Active Directory
- MS Exchange Server
- MS Office, O365
- TCP/IP
- Wifi
- Mobile Devices
- Apple/Android/Mac
- Previous experience of working with automated ticketing systems would also be a bonus
