Job objectives and responsibilities
To support the TS commercial team and sales strategy through analysis, research and insight to drive quality, standards and win rates, leading to successful retentions, new wins, increased turnover and profitable income for the business
Main duties
?? Undertake reporting and analytical activities as required to support the sales process and identify areas of underperformance and opportunities for improvement
?? Support the consistent reporting of sales data across all TS business units to develop greater understanding of performance
?? Support research of target sectors and competitors
?? Support win/loss analysis and deep dives of sales data to support improvement strategies
?? Support the Head of Quality and Analysis in championing quality across the commercial function
?? Ensure the accuracy of Salesforce data and ensure compliance by the sales team
?? Carry out any reasonable tasks required by line management in a manner that is conducive to good business practice
