Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Advisor to work within our clients fast-based and busy Head Office in Tamworth.

You will provide a client focused service to a large and varied client base, dealing with bookings for testing in the workplace. Attributes and skills that are paramount to this position are; flexibility, motivation, dedication, accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be required to:-

* Process booking arrangements for clients Nationwide.

* Respond to client queries, advising them on services, processes and other information.

* Liaise with a large team of technicians across the UK and Ireland regarding arrangements of work, diary management, availability and general queries.

* Support with client implementation and set up.

* Build relationships with clients with a view to understanding their business needs.

* Work closely with other departments including Account Management, Business Development and Data Support Services.

* Complete all relevant administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have:-

* Experience in a similar role (desirable).

* Excellent communication skills.

* Enthusiasm to deliver excellent level of service to customers.

* Confident approach.

* Ability to remain calm under pressure.

* Ability to work using initiative but also as part of a team.

* Strong organisation skills.

* Trustworthy and honest nature.

* Positive attitude towards work.

* Can do attitude within a team environment.

* Good standard of English and Maths.

* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
