We are currently recruiting for a Systems / Operations Administrator for our Totnes based client. The business has recently implemented a new CRM system, and as such they are keen to find a candidate who is very systems savvy and has a good overall knowledge of how businesses operate. This role would suit an administrator with a clear understanding of how each department relates to each other, and the business as a whole, in order to understand how this system can work to maximum efficiency, and be effective & support each team member in their unique duties. We are looking for a candidate who will make it their key focus to support in the implementation of the new system, as well as playing a supportive role to the Operations & Installations Manager.
This role would suit a highly organised individual, who has previously implemented a new CRM System, and supported an internal team to use it to its full potential. Often people can be resistant to change, so we need a confident individual who can be firm but is also a good relationship builder. Excellent communications ability is essential, as well as a very high level of systems and IT knowledge. This role could also suit someone who has previously been a PA / Secretary as you will in effect be providing PA Support to the Operations & Installations Manager.
The aim is to have everyone up and running on the new CRM by the end of this year, so the sooner we can find someone who can get cracking the better! This is a family run business, that offers a friendly and efficient working environment. There is a showroom on site too, so we need an individual that is polished and professional as you may also meet the customers as the office is close to the public reception area & showroom. This is a business that has been going several years and has not suffered a great impact with the current climate, so it is a very stable opportunity. There is free parking for staff members on site.
