Customer Relations Advisor - Temp to Perm Opportunity
Glasgow Office Based
GBP9.50 per hour
35 hours per week working 5 days over 7 (7am - 11pm, with shifts rotating from 7am - 3pm to 3pm -11pm)
The first 12 weeks of this role will be on a temp basis on weekly pay, at the end of the 12 weeks you will have the opportunity to transfer to a permanent contract.
IMMEDIATE START DATE - Wednesday 23 September
CCA Recruitment are looking for Customer Relations Advisors handle inbound calls from customers. Your experience can come from a similar background, retail or hospitality as long as you have long tenure and the drive to help you will be all considered equally.
The people you will be talking to may have concerns and will require your full attention and support, so the ability to relay information accurately and professionally is very important.
You will deal with a range of people of varying ages, so you should be confident and comfortable adapting your approach and method of communication, to meet their individual needs.
This is a high volume contact centre so you will deal with a lot of calls every day, but you will receive excellent training and all the support you need to suceed and will be following a very clear process on every call.
For this role you will have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to positively control your calls, whilst displaying empathy and patience.
Please note a Criminal Conviction check will be completed as part of your background checks.
