Job Title: Performance Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Performance Manager to join the team located near Bristol.
The job purpose is to support the Business Unit Leader by ensuring operational planning and completion of PPMs in line with all necessary contractual KPIs by liaising with suppliers and Area Facilities Managers.

Key Responsibilities
? Manage CAFM system as key user including PPM records, reactive tasks and reporting
? Submitting CCN (Change notices to scope) for BU
? Ensure adherence to the PMS targets
? Ensure resource is planned during the year to cover demand
? Share best practice across account and wider CBRE
? Deliver BU Contract Review with RFM/BUL
? Fully understand the contract scope for each supplier - Act as knowledge specialist for RFMS/AFMs
? Analyse and interpret BI trends and share with the Supplier leads
? Collate supplier feedback from AFM/RFM - Develop a process for capturing information
? Attend Sub-Contractor Performance reviews with the Supplier lead and document actions
? Work with the BI team to streamline reports to provide more accurate trend analysis - thereafter holding knowledge calls with AFM/RFMS.
? Collate BU performance data and share on weekly review calls with AFMs/RFMs
? Work with preferred suppliers in order to deliver best value, cost savings and service level improvements, achieving high quality and standardisation across the division. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews with suppliers to maintain effective relationships and identify value improvement opportunities.
? Review and analyse current spend within the division to maintain comprehensive knowledge of supply base and contract status and identify value improvement opportunities by reducing costs or improving service delivery.
? Promote performance management, innovation and continuous improvement to contracts and discuss how to replicate supplier improvements, success to other CBRE contracts for mutual benefit.
? Actively benchmark suppliers on price and capability to drive best value.

? Working with QHSE, Finance, Commercial and Technical Teams

Accountabilities
? Reporting to the Business Unit Leader
? Working alongside Area Facilities Managers and Regional Facilities Managers
? Line management responsibility for suppliers
? Supporting the financial responsibility for the delivery of KPI commitments for the contract
