Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join our client who are based in Sunderland. This is a varied role involving administration and supporting customers in a warm and friendly manner, via telephone and email. This is NOT a scripted role and is NOT contact centre based.
This is an administrative role which will suit someone who thrives on providing an outstanding service to customers.
Hours of work 8:30AM - 5PM Monday - Friday. The hourly pay rate is GBP10 per hour.
This role is a temporary, on-going contract, so you must be comfortable with temporary work. Due to the urgency of this recruit it is essential you are available to start work immediately. You will be expected to commit to the assignment, so please only apply if you are comfortable with temporary, on-going work.
The purpose of the role
To be responsible for the day to day management of all administration relating to all customer issues
To provide exceptional customer support
To contribute to the smooth-running operation of the customer support teamKey Duties;
Provide customer service and support, via telephone and email
Monitor the department email inbox
Appointment booking and diary management
Responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues
Work as a team and independently on customer's issues and resolve effectively
Maintain reasonable timescales for customers, and ensure that customers are kept informed
Liaise with and provide feedback to other departments
Ensure materials are available as required Strong experience of working with software packages is essential in order to be considered for this role.
