We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Employment Solicitor or Fee Earner to join a well-established and reputable firm based in their Aylesbury office. You will be joining a multi office firm with a strong presence in the Buckinghamshire area and surrounding areas.
Areas of focus will include but not limited to:
Employee Contracts
Termination of Employment and Settlement Agreements
Redundancy
ACAS Early Conciliation
Maternity Rights
TUPE 2006
Shared Parental Leave
Sickness Absence
The successful candidate will:
Possess a strong background in Employment law, in both non-contentious and contentious employment issues
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Fee Earner within Employment law
Have handled all forms of employment law issues for commercial and private clients
Build and develop own case load with commercial emphasis
Possess excellent technical and client care skills
Be a team player and able to manage a full caseload
Have a strong interest in business development and networking
