General Maintenance Operative
The ideal candidate shall have a building trade background with proven experience within the New Homes sector, however similar maintenance and repair experience will be considered.
Qualified candidates, in any of the following trades, will be considered:-
??Kitchen Fitting
?? Carpentry and Joinery
?? Plastering
?? Ceramic Wall and Floor Tiling
??Plumbing and Heating, Gas Engineers
?? Painting and Decorating
All applicants must have:-
?? Own tools and equipment, to complete work tasks.
?? Full driving license. (please disclose any points / driving convictions)
Swift Fix is an established building maintenance company, founded in 2007. The company has grown to be a preferred contractor with a number of leading house builders, completing customer care remedial works.
Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking experienced General Maintenance Operatives to join our team. Our depot is based in Appleby Magna, which covers the central Midlands region; however operatives will be based from their home address. The position itself can involve a lot of travelling to and from the varied places of work and appointments. The ideal candidate will be located in the Stafford area, however candidates from other locations will still be considered.
A company vehicle, satellite navigation system, computer tablet, mobile telephone and uniform / PPE will be provided, for business use only.
