Our established client is currently looking to recruit a Complaints Officer on a 9 month temporary contract to join ASAP.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with complaints and be comfortable drafting complex responses. You will have excellent communication skills, be confident working in a busy environment and be quick to learn new processes. Within the role you will be supporting the Complaints Department by reviewing complaints, extracting relevant details and drafting responses.
The ideal candidate will be experienced taking minutes of meetings, however this isn't essential.
