GP Strategies are delighted to support a growing Cloud technology business with the recruitment and training of a Customer Success Lead.

Our client, headquartered in Glasgow, is Scotland's foremost official Google Cloud Partner. They help businesses move to, and make the most of, the cloud using G Suite, Google's workplace collaboration platform including Gmail, Drive etc.

The Role

As Customer Success Lead you will be responsible for providing a high-level of customer support, guidance and advice as clients make the transition to the Cloud. Your main duties and tasks will involve:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients at all times
  • Providing support for a range of technical and non-technical issues
  • Supporting the client on-boarding process and training new users
  • Supporting various Change Management activities on projects

Our client has experience of supporting and developing apprentices, therefore you will have a strong support network around you to help you settle in and thrive. Training and developing their team is central to how to the business operates. As you become more confident with the business, there will be opportunities for your role to evolve and grow.

In addition to working full-time, you will undertake an IT Modern Apprenticeship delivered by GP Strategies. An IT Modern Apprenticeship is the perfect opportunity for candidates to kick-start their career in the IT industry and earn as they learn. The programme consists of both workplace learning and classroom training resulting in the achievement of a nationally recognised IT Diploma and industry certifications.
