Lead IT Support Engineer

Grade 6, 37 hours per week , Monday - Friday, Permanent

(£22,627 - £25,481)

(Salary subject to support staff pay award approval)

Required for an immediate start is a Lead IT Support Engineer to join our outstanding internal IT team providing first class IT support to all of the schools within the Trust.

We are looking for a talented individual with strong customer service and communication skills who will have a demonstrable track record in IT support. An understanding of supporting IT in an education environment would be an advantage however it’s not essential and key is that the person
appointed has the necessary ability and skills to adapt.

Our Trust has prioritised investment in its IT provision across our schools and continued investment is a major part of our Trust’s strategic and financial planning.

The IT Support team is committed to professional development and sees it as a key priority to improve our service but also to prepare our employees for future career progression, ideally within our Trust. Funds are available to support to successful applicant in gaining further qualifications in order to aid this career development.

The Yorkshire and the Humber Co-operative Learning Trust (YHCLT) was formed in September 2016 and is now responsible for 9 schools across Hull, 2 secondary and 7 primary schools.
