A leading, top-tier Legal 500 firm with one of the largest teams of lawyers in the South outside London, are seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate.
The team are one of the strongest restructuring and insolvency practices in the South outside of London, ranked highly by Chambers and Legal 500. The team are a fast-growing and dynamic group who carry out high quality work including international matters.
You will advise on restructuring and insolvency work including formal appointment work, security enforcements, distressed asset sales, advice to directors of troubled companies and insolvency related litigation.
Clients include banks, mid tier businesses, household name PLCs and other major plcs.
You will be between 2-4 years qualified and will come from a leading practice. Candidates outside of this PQE are still encouraged to apply.
