Job Title Sous Chef
The Opportunity
Prosper Business recruitment are seeking an experienced Sous chef to work in this large modern kitchen within a brigade of 10 -12 chefs.
This stunning one rosette hotel is in an idyllic location on the Norfolk coast it is busy all year round and has a lot of repeat business, service is organised and due to the nature of the hotel and its business the kitchen have complete knowledge of their dining trade.
Medium sized hotel that offer dinner bed and breakfast.
The Role:
Working on a mix of 2 straights and 3 shifts : 45 Hours a week - in line with the business needs
* Working alongside 2 other Sous chefs and assisting in the management of the junior members of staff you will be a strong communicator with great culinary skills
* You will need to have experience in fresh quality ingredients, be able to input into daily specials and present food to a consistently high standard.
* Open all year we need a sous that understandings the diners needs can assist in the prep and delivery of breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis.
* Great role for a Sous in this challenging and fulfilling role, this is a great opportunity for a talented chef to play a pivotal part in nice calm environment in a well organised kitchen serving classic dishes with a modern twist.
Experience Required:
Previous senior chef experience within a similar environment
Must be reliable and consistent with a good work ethic
