We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our team of healthcare recruiters at this very exciting and exceptionally busy time as a full-time Recruitment Consultant
About you
If you are very ambitious, financially motivated, competitive, and interested in joining a fast-growing dynamic health and social care recruiter this is the place for you.
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in recruitment consultancy (preferably in healthcare or social care environment) and possess excellent customer service skills, exceptional drive, and high level of resilience.
Being proactive and using your own initiative in business development are also key.
You need to be a confident individual with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
You must be able to handle changing priorities and be flexible.

- Previous experience in a Recruitment Consultant role with a proven success record
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure and meet strict and challenging targets
- Excellent communication skills

- Computer literacy
- High work ethic and work standards
