Student Records Administrator

Salary: £17,090 - £18,502 per annum (pro rata if part time) plus excellent benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week or 18.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Exeter

We have a full time and part time vacancy in our Management Information department to assist the MIS student records team in creating and maintaining student records and registers and providing a robust information link between academic faculties and staff.  You will also contribute to the processing of tasks relating to the College’s audit compliance and data accuracy and support the daily dispatch of the College’s external mail.

With previous administration experience, you will be comfortable working in a structured environment to established procedures.  A standard day may include creating and amending student course enrolments, assisting teaching staff with information and register enquiries, visiting staff rooms to take our services to those who need assistance and preparing and dispatching the external mail.

Your organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work effectively to provide a professional service to customers across the College will equip you well for this role.
