High Voltage Electrical Training Course Developer - Contract Opportunity with negotiable day rates - Tees Valley Region

The Company

An international training organisation with outstanding purpose-built facilities in the North East. They provide a wide range of industrial electrical courses towards the O&G, offshore, engineering, and chemical sectors.

The Role

?? As a High Voltage Electrical Training Course Developer, you will be conducting evaluations of training and competency needs for technical and non-technical employees.

?? Provide recommendations on training programme development for EMEA clients and create reports on their Training Needs Analysis.

?? Part of the role, you will also develop country related Electrical Safety Training, specifically for corporate datacentres against existing standards i.e. EN 50110-1 (Operation of Electrical Installations) and NFPA70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace) including learning outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

?? Qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and a teaching qualification would be a distinct advantage in this role, as would experience in training and assessing.

?? Previous working experience in HV Electrical Training and Course Development is essential for this role as is undertaking Training Needs Analysis for companies.

?? Candidates who have both UK and EMEA working experience would be ideal for this role.

?? You must be competent in speaking and writing in English and be able to generate technical reports.
