Overview
Perceptive Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their team. The client is a well established, family run plastics manufacturer.
The role
Working a rotational 2 week pattern of back shift and night shift, you will manage a small team of extrusion blow moulding and injection moulding Machine Operators to ensure production meets the required output and quality standards.
4 shifts per week Monday - Thursday
Shifts rotate between 2 weeks of afternoons Monday - Thursday 12pm -10pm and 2 weeks of nights Monday - Thursday 10pm - 8am.
