Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer
Full time (35 hrs/wk), permanent
Split place of work - central Reading, Berkshire for 30 days per annum / Remote
Salary range GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 FTE pa plus benefits
We're looking for a passionate professional with experience in monitoring learner progress and engaging students to help them achieve success!
University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is long-standing and leading provider of supported online education . Operating from the UK and Hong Kong we have a global reach, and at any one time over 3,500 students are studying online with us.
Our busy Apprenticeships team are looking for a new addition to aid them in supporting our apprenticeship students to reach their full potential! Within this role you will play a key part of apprentice's programmes through the undertaking of high-quality progress monitoring and review activity, supporting students and employers within an allocated caseload. Not only will you be motivating students but also engaging both apprentices and employers to ensure a high-quality apprenticeship provision which meets their needs and requirements.
Key qualities we're looking for include:
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum level 2 Maths and English qualifications (grade C or above) - we will require evidence of this for Ofsted
- Experience monitoring and reviewing learner/apprentice progress
- Experience identifying and setting SMART targets
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Minimum intermediate level IT
- Knowledge of safeguarding and Prevent duty requirements
