Birmingham Rathbone is a local charity which works to enable people with learning disabilities to achieve their full potential. We have secured a grant from the Big Lottery Fund to run in partnership with other local organisations a crisis support service called ‘Rebuild My Life’ for people with Learning Disabilities in Birmingham. Funding runs to at least October 2021.

We now have a vacancy for a:

Crisis Support Worker (30 hours a week)
Location: Birmingham

Salary range £14,798 - £16,081 p.a. for a 30 hour week
(plus pension, subsistence and 25 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays pro rata)

This is an exciting project and we are looking for people who can bring their commitment, motivation and experience to make it a success.
