Young Epilepsy is the only UK charity dedicated to creating better lives for children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions and is basedon a beautiful campus in Lingfield,Surrey, providing world class services.


Your role

You will teach within our Special Educational Need (SEN) programme, incorporating aspects of the wider FE curriculum framework. You will be expected to undertake assessments of potential and existing students and act as a Personal Tutor in the provision of pastoral care to students in this very rewarding role.

With a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, or equivalent post 16 qualification, or a teaching qualification with relevant specialism, you will have experience of planning and delivering learning to post-16 students in a similar SEN environment. An excellent team player, with a willingness to provide personal care to students, you have a flexible approach to your work, great communication skills and the ability to line manage staff.
