Production Operative

No experience is needed to work as a Production Operative for a fast-paced poultry production site where there are opportunities for overtime and career progression.

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in Willand, Devon.

The rate of pay is GBP8.72 per hour to GBP12.39 per hour.

Overtime is available after working 48 hours and is paid at 1.25 x your normal rate.

You will work fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:

- 5:30am to 1:30pm
- 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative for this site you will work on a busy production line, preparing poultry products for packing. Other duties will include:

- Cutting poultry
- Packing finished products
- Loading products ready for distribution

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Production Operative must be comfortable with handling raw meat as you will be producing raw products from whole chickens to a summer BBQ's.

No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.
