SNS Recruitment are currently looking for a pizza chef to cater to an event based in Chelmsford, Essex.
This job advertisement is for a specific role; however, we are recruiting for experienced Neapolitan pizza chefs to join our agency for other relief / contract jobs.
This role will require a Neapolitan pizza chef who is experienced in using a wood fire oven and making sourdough from scratch.
The event will cater to 100 guests throughout the entire day. The guest will arrive in two groups of 50 for a lunch and evening service.
If you are successful in applying, you will be responsible for managing a small kitchen team of 2, who will follow your direction and assist with the prep needed to cater for the event.
You will have 3 hours to prepare prior to event starting.
You will have 2 hours at the end of the event to assist with the kitchen clean up.
PACKAGE:
Start time: 9am
End time: 9pm
Pay Rate: GBP12.00
Date required: Saturday 10th October
