We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate who is looking to start a career within customer services before progressing into a key account management and sales role.

The successful applicant will very quickly become an integral part of this dynamic and friendly team. You will be responsible for generating quotes, following up on leads and managing new business enquiries both over the phone and via email.

We are seeking a self-starter; an individual that can demonstrate initiative and work effectively with the wider business.

Excellent communication skills are vital as you will be working hand in hand with potential customers and supporting them throughout their customer journey. The ability to build business relationships, identify sales opportunities and overcome objections is essential.

Key responsibilities - Customer Service and Sales Graduate:

* To provide a professional and knowledgeable service to customers

* Manage incoming enquiries via telephone and email

* Manage new business enquiries, offering advice and support to potential and existing customers

* Generate customer quotations and follow up on leads

* Identify possible areas for improvement throughout the customer journey

* Support colleagues and the wider business

* General administration

Skills required - Customer Service and Sales Graduate:

* Previous experience in a customer service/administration role

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook

* A strong team player

* Possess a proactive and forward thinking attitude

* Adaptable and able to use initiative

* Commercially aware

* Ambitious
