Immediate Interviews available 19th October start for experienced & talented customer service advisor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will be the main poin of contact to our customers who each have individual circumstances & needs.Through inbound & outbound calling you will use your knowledge & skills to find best solutions for their financial needs.Your customer service skills will be used to their full potential as you will need to listen carefully, build rapport & negotiate solutions remembering no two customer circumstances are the same.
Full training provided to ensure you have the full confidence and knowledge to find solutions.These roles are permanent with a starting salary of 17500 moving to 18000 after probationary period
Shift Pattern 9.30am-7pm 4 days during week & Fixed Saturday 9.00am-1.30pm
The role
* Proactively contacting existing and new customers
* Negotiate payment plans
* Provide excellent customer service
* Update & maintain customer / company records
* Operate in a sensitive & professional manner
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* Keen eye for detail
* Negotiation skills
* Excellent Professional telephone manner
* Proven background in Customer Service
* Hard working reliable attitude
* PC Literate with a good knowledge of Excel
* Shift patterns will fall in-between 7am / 8pm
* Resilient and self driven
