Leeds City Centre
GBP17,500 - GBP19,000
Working from home available
Monday 8.00am to 8.00pm and Tuesday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
We are actively recruiting for Debt Recoveries officers to join one of the leading UK based law firms.
This an exciting time to join the business; you will be provided with all the training and support you need to be successful and have the self motivation to work from home. You will have the opportunity to carve a career path within legal services.
The role:
The Debt Recoveries Officer will involve making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from customers and asking the right questions to understand how you can best help them with their payment plans.
The skills you will have:
* You will have excellent customer service skills and have a natural ability to ask good open questions to understand complex financial situations
* You will be empathetic to the customers situation and have a genuine desire to create the best plan for them
* You will be a team player and help other members of the team like you would the customers
* You will enjoy having the autonomy to make decisions and thrive on speaking to people from all backgrounds
* A positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service is a must
* Would be beneficial if you have worked in a regulated environment, with strong attention to detail
