A growing Life Insurance brokerage based in Ancoats, Manchester is looking for ambitious, hardworking, and bubbly experienced Lead Generators, Telesales Agents to join their team.
This is a professional fast paced and hard-working environment whereby the Managing Directors are working in the main office along with the team offering support and training daily.
To be successful as a Sales Executive, lead generator, your skills and experience will include;
Experience in a call centre, outbound sales environment is essential and experience in Life Insurance is desirable but not essential
You will enjoy the process of making outbound calls and building rapport with potential customers quickly
Energetic with a hunger to succeed, increase and grow your sales and marketing skill set.
To provide qualified leads for the Life Insurance consultants team to convert new business.
Money Motivated
You will require perseverance, resilience, determination, and a sense of humour.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a competitive salary of GBP16,000rising to GBP18,000 per annum, after a 30 day target review, and a realistic OTE GBP35,000 per annum along with the following;
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 10am -18:00pm with an hour lunch break and two ten-minute breaks and Fridays 9am-5pm often followed with a drink or two in the local bar
22 days holiday plus your birthday off and 8 days bank holiday - 31 days annual leave a year
Working closely with the FCA regulated advisors and having the opportunity for genuine long-term career development
