We currently have a fantastic role with an exciting Managed Service Provider based in Wythenshawe. This company is looking for someone who is passionate for IT and would like to work on their Service Desk. This role is open to both recent graduates and those who have 6-12 months experience in an IT Support role. The role would suit someone looking to kickstart their IT career in a professional environment working with established IT Managers/Managing Directors who are committed to providing training for their employees.
Office 365 - Windows 7/10 - Active Directory
Responsibilities:
First point of call for all customers
Managing 1st line incidents
Escalating issues to 2nd/3rd line teams
Troubleshooting and basic administration
IT Support relating to technical issues
Customer Service
Good decision-making skills
Good problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
Active Directory
Exchange
Office 365 administration
Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
