Job Title: Panel Wirer
Location: Yatton, Bristol
Hourly rate:
GBP13.53 per hour PAYE or GBP17.64 per hour limited or GBP18.18 per hour Umbrella.
Shift Patterns:
Earlies: (6.00am to 2.00pm)
Days: (8.00am to 4.30pm)
Lates: (2.00pm to 10.00pm)
As a Panel Wirer, your main role would be to build and wire various types of control panels and special purpose machinery. You must be able to read and understand schematics. Previous experience of control panel wiring, working with MCB's, Contactors, Relays, Inverter Drives & PLC's is essential for this role.
You will be wiring the control panels following engineering drawings and schematics.
Essential Requirements:
* Electrical Fitting
* Loom & harness wiring
* Point to point wiring, cable crimping & terminating work
* Cable assembly to IPC-A-620 standards
* Ability to solder on various connectors such as d-types
* Must be able to read engineering drawings and schematics
* Due to the nature of the work, candidate must not be colour blind (very important)
Qualifications:
* Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship
* 16th/17th Edition Electrical qualification
* HNC/HND in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
* City & Guilds in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
* Any other relevant electrical engineering qualifications
