Seven Education are currently looking to recruit Lecturer (Apprenticeships, Traineeships & Employability) who can deliver across various of programmes and are available to short term supply or long-term absences in your area. We require people who are available for both full and part time work and will need to be flexible with hours to meet the business.
We are looking for those who:
Hold minimum level 5 teaching qualification.
Current assessor award with experience of assessing leaners through a range of methods.
Teaching experience within post 16 and 19+ learners, supporting apprenticeship provision.
Experience with monitoring the Health and Safety of learning environments and work places to ensure safety of leaners.
Have a DBS on Update service (Criminal records check) or being willing to complete one and be willing to undertake other Safer Recruitment and safeguarding checks.
Be passionate about making a difference to student's learning.
Supportive and understanding of all students' needs.
Knowledgeable of additional needs and how this can alter a student's learning in the classroom.
Someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated to do well each day
