This role

Responsible for the commercial management and delivery of regeneration projects under the remit of the Regeneration Projects Team; principally Clapham Park.

To apply a robust, delivery focused leadership approach in assuming direct responsibility for the implementation and performance management of Regeneration Projects.

To work closely with regeneration partners to develop and deliver individual schemes, taking the lead on technically assessing options as required, to maintain momentum on delivery and realise wider regeneration objectives and outcomes.

Represent the Metropolitan and Regeneration Projects Team in a professional and collaborative manner, promoting engagement, supporting peers and striving to deliver customer service excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree, equivalent qualification or evidence work based experience and skills
Membership of relevant professional body such as RICS, CIOB, RTPI, CIH, CMI, APM (desirable)
Evidence that candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate experience of delivering schemes under both Design and Build and Joint Venture contracts
Experience of estate regeneration and understanding of the wider aspects of asset management
Experience of working with external stakeholders, including consultants, developers, Local Authorities, GLA / HE
Experience of leading and working with multi-disciplinary team across a range of regeneration, development and property related functions
Evidence of a strong working knowledge and experience of delivering development projects of varying scale and complexity to agreed quality, time and budget
Procurement of developers, contractors, consultants to deliver projects operating under varied contractual models (Design & Build, Partnerships, Joint Ventures)
Development programme project management and associated understanding of risk management frameworks
Financial modelling and appraisal of affordable housing development and commercial opportunities.
Development Programme budget management and cash flow projections
Evidence of tracking and coordinating Planning (minor amendments) and condition sign off
Evidence and understanding of a section 106Interview date: Friday 28th September 2020
