Job Title: Sales Support Administrator.

Location: Colchester Essex.

Target: Candidates with previous Customer Service and Administration Experience.

Rewards: Competitive Basic Salary.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM.

Timeline: Immediate Interview and Start.

Through our range of individual brands we specialise in facilitating the sales of new homes working with house builders, lenders and a nationwide network of estate agents. We offer a broad range of Mortgage Services together with Part Exchange, and Assisted Move. We work with most of the UK's top 20 house-builders.

Our Helpline teams and Mortgage and Protection Advisers have considerable knowledge and experience of mortgage products that are particularly geared towards the new homes market, as well as having established relationships with key mortgage lenders. As part of our 2020 expansion plans, we are now looking to appoint two additional Sales Support Administrators to our team.

Main Purpose of Job:

Facilitating the Progression of Help to Buy & Mortgage applications from submission through to completion.

Provide administrative support to the mortgage advisor & Case owner.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing housebuilders and mortgage customers.

Ensuring you maintain the highest levels of service to both our customers and house-builders, in line with company policy.

Key areas of responsibility:

Responsible for the daily management of mortgage applications (Cases).
Liaise with and provide support to mortgage advisers and new build account managers.

Ensure at all stages that case load documentation is attached & compliant and is checked to confirm it meets legal regulations, such as money laundering guidelines and GDPR regulations.

Data input of application details onto mortgage providers systems.
Inputting of payment card details for fees on sage pay and contacting clients if required.

Keying and packaging mortgage applications to the lender for their assessment.

Providing regular contact to both mortgage customers and house builders with regular updates on case progression.

Contacting lenders to gain necessary case updates.
Contacting help to buy agents, solicitors, employers and any other third parties necessary to obtain mortgage information needed to progress the case and ensuring company exchanges and completions are recorded correctly.

Processing of Help to Buy Applications.
Ensuring case notes are updated with current and accurate information.
Checking mortgage offers and authority to proceeds.
Managing post offer inquiries and keeping all parties updated with offer expiry's as required.

Handling incoming faxes, post and emails, distributing to relevant parties and attaching to case load files as required.

Responsible for ensuring outgoing post including special & recorded delivery is handled in a timely manner.

Take incoming telephone calls and deal with inquiries distributing to relevant departments as required.

Keeping detailed Logs and working to resolve complaints.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Sales Admin Support Team Leaders, Sales Admin Support Team Manager, Mortgage Services Director.

Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

The ability to work towards your own targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team.

A team player with excellent organisational skills.
Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding Communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format, and be able to accurately assess information under pressure.

You will need to be Accurate, numerate and highly computer literate, a highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes.

Have your own transport, and be able to commute daily to our offices in Colchester Essex.

You will possess a proven track record in the sales and customer service industry and have the determination to meet and exceed target's set.
