Sea Freight Export Clerk
Our client a leading Freight Forwarding company is looking to appoint an Ocean Export Coordinator at their office in the Wakefield area of West Yorkshire
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international Freight Forwarding, eCommerce & Logistics company as an Export Coordinator, this organisation is well established and has grown organically year on year to become the business they are today.
Joining a growing branch, the position of Sea Export Coordinator is to work within an existing freight team and dealing with Sea Freight Exports with a bit of Imports.
You will manage the export process from start to finish, taking bookings handling quotations, all export documentation. You will be required to obtain up to date shipping information. You will be the point of contact between all parties involved to ensure a smooth export operational service is provided.
You will administer Export documentation, manage shipping documentation, you will arrange transport, you will provide the customers with regular updates with regards to their order status etc, you will be required to cover an imports desk from time to time.
This is a growing branch so we are looking for an ambitious person who wants to grow with the branch
For the right person the option to work from home for 4 days and 1 day at Dewsbury will be considered
GBP23,000 to GBP27,000 Basic Salary
