The ideal candidate will have excellent residential property experience and the ability to run a varied and demanding caseload. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have an excellent eye for detail. You must be commercially aware and possess excellent client care skills.

Duties will include:

• Delivering exceptional client service
• Dealing with the full range of residential property matters from start to finish
• Managing a small team of support staff
• Building and maintaining key relationships externally
• Meeting financial targets
• Proactively generating fees

You should have at least 3 years' experience handling your own caseload (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered). It would be an advantage if you were either qualified or working towards a qualification but this is not essential.

The successful candidate will be motivated, proactive and willing to go that extra mile. The client is looking for someone who is professional, hardworking and keen to grow within a role.
