Area Cleaning Manager
My client are a leading facilities maintenance company, which operate throughout the UK. As a Cleaning Manager you'll be supervising the Cleaning Services on a rail contract. This position, you will be involved in management of the cleaning teams across 6 sites from Bournemouth to Portsmouth.
You will manage the operational delivery of the contract to ensure the provision of a quality, client focused service that meets SLA's and contract obligations. You will be looking after a large team of around 30 staff.
In this role, you'll be awarded with 28 days holiday, car or allowance and excellent benefits
Key responsibilities;
To coach, mentor and support the cleaning teams
Provide strong and visible leadership and management of a team
Ensure that the resources of the team are effectively deployed across the working day to maximise the overall efficiency of the team, taking into account peak and trough periods for the various service areas.Person specification;
Facilities management background - soft services ideally
Strong experience of people management
Strong work ethic
