Junior Customer Service Advisor

Melksham

Our client is one of the UK's leading consumer brands in luxury, high end textiles and furnishings across the UK and internationally.

They are also part of an International Group, consisting of other major furnishing brands, therefore providing strong financial stability and wide market recognition.

They have a need for a Junior Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.

You will be responsible for professionally communicating with customers and accurately inputting their orders and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete order exports and order entry in a timely and accurate manner.

* Take orders and balance payments over the phone and update systems accordingly.

* Handle and accurately log queries, complaints and returns from customers via all communication channels (calls, chat, social media, email) and see through to completion.

* Order replacement parts from suppliers where required.

* Amend orders for customers on Magento and AX and inform suppliers of the changes.

This may include providing information for/producing reports, suggesting improvements to process or service, supporting business meetings by hosting guests taking minutes or printing information.

Key Skills

* Remote customer service skills and comfortable dealing with customer queries and complaints on email and over the telephone (call centre experience would be beneficial).

* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, presenting a friendly but professional image to customers always

* Data entry and general administration - a very keen eye for detail

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

* Enjoys problem solving

* Ability to learn new systems quickly, and follow processes written work instructions

* Computer literate with strong skills in Outlook, Excel and Word. Magento and AX will also be used on daily basis.
