Akton Recruitment has a vacancy for a Housing Officer in Exeter
We're looking for a Housing Officer to cover a secondment. Our Housing Officers' work in a Dynamic way which means that the workload is managed by caseload and not geographic patch. There is a team of 6 Housing Officers covering the Devon area. The role will be home/field based unless there is a specific reason for someone to work from our Exeter Office.
The role has a strong focus on case management and delivering positive outcomes for our residents. The main aspects of the role include dealing with tenancy and estate management issues with a strong focus on ASB and compliance - including gas safety, fire risk assessments and safeguarding
