Safety, Health & Environmental Advisor - Up To 45k + GBP7.5k Car Allowance or Company Car + Fuel Card + 23 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays + Pension Scheme
(Covering Sites across Oxfordshire & Warwickshire)
Principal People are seeking a Health and Safety Professional to be part of a successful and hardworking team with an opportunity to progress throughout the business. With 20 + live sites across the Warwickshire & Oxfordshire this is a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience and grow your career within Safety, Health and Environment within a profitable organisation that holds a strong SHE team.
Working with some of the most recognised construction businesses, this company works on exciting and diverse projects and are looking for a SHE Advisor that will have autonomy and be a trusted member of the SHE team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative SHE professional who holds passion and enthusiasm for Health & Safety.
Currently working on over 20 Civil Engineering and Groundwork projects across the midlands, this operational and multi-site position is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who hold a vibrant and respected atmosphere within their business and are seeking the right SHE professional who has a drive to work hard and be an integral member of a well-established SHE team.
Key responsibilities of this SHE Advisor include:
* Conducting site audits
* Building relationships
* Delivering Toolbox talks
* Attending site and office meetings
* Liaising regularly with site teams
* Enforcing policies and procedures
The successful SHE Advisor will hold:
* NEBOSH General or equivalent
* Full UK Driver's License
* Experience within Groundworks, Civil Engineering, Utilities or Similar
Beneficial criteria for the SHE Advisor are:
* Environmental Qualification
* Temporary Works Coordinator
* Experience within or certification of NRSWA / 278 Works
* Working knowledge of ISO & OHSAS accreditations
In return the successful Safety, Health and Environment Advisor will receive 30k - 45k + GBP7.5k Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Pension Scheme + 23 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
