Randstad CPE has multiple opportunities for Gas Safe Plumbers to join a planned maintenance team based in Sunderland on behalf of a local authority.
The opportunity is for a partially or fully qualified and experienced Gas Safe Plumber with a history of working in domestic properties providing a wide array of services including but not limited to
Repairs and maintenance of occupied properties
Boiler Servicing
First and second fix pipeworks
Tightness testing
Multiple pipework styles
Fixtures and Fixings (Bathrooms, Kitchens, Drainage)
General Fabric maintenance (painting & decorating, plastering, basic repairs are a bonus)
The ideal candidate will possess one or more of the following
Experience of repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
Servicing and ticketing for Boilers
Domestic Gas Tickets (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA, CKR, HTR, MET, DAH)
Previous experience in building repairs and maintenance of building fabric
Full UK Driving License
CSCS Card
Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, Manual Handling
NVQ / C&G Plumbing
