Monday to Friday

Overview:
RSD Recruitment is expanding and we are looking for a professional & driven individual to provide exceptional service to our portfolio of customers. You will be responsible for the sourcing aspect of the recruitment process, meaning you will be identifying the best talent in relation to the opportunities we have been given to work on by our clients. Working closely with your Managing Director/Divisional Manager/Business Partnership Manager, you will be given all the information required to successfully fill their vacancies.
What we're looking for:
You'll have a passion for sales and developing excellent relationships with people. You'll have the ambition and confidence to take a relatively new operation up a notch, whilst being motivated to learn and to further develop your skills. Enthusiasm, resilience and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to inspire and persuade others. You'll have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
