Night Project Worker

Our branch in Preston covers the Lancashire and Cumbria regions. Working for one of our valued customers who provide support to children and young people, your role will be based on a temporary basis working as a Night Project Worker.

The role will be to work within a supported housing project for young people 16-25 supporting with ensuring the health and safety of the building, adhering to policies and procedures, updating any records and log books, and adhering to all safeguarding protocol.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a similar setting with young people and be flexible to work temporary and on a 4 night on 4 night off rota. you will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to engage with and support young people.

A minimum of one year experience within the social care sector is essential or 6 months experience with a relevant social care qualification.
