Hays are currently working exclusively with a well established and reputable company who are recruiting for multiple qualified support workers to join their children's residential services across the Stafford area on a permanent basis
.
The role is supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties and Mental Health difficulties.

Your new role
You will be assisting in the day to day care of the young people, helping with personal care, health care, education and recreational activities where required. As a qualified member of the team you will be involved in the planning and co-ordination of effective care programmes for the Children that you look after.

What you'll need to succeed
You must hold a level 3 qualification or relevant equivalent and have a minimum of six months experience supporting vulnerable individuals. You must also hold a valid UK driving licence.
