Complaint Handler

Our client are looking for a Complaint Handler to join their team. This role is working within a call centre environment and you will be carrying out the following duties:

* Dealing with customer complaints

* Manging complaints through various mediums- email, call handling, letters

* Ensuring the best customer service is delivered and upheld at all times

* Liaising with contractors and stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for all parties.

* Ensuring complaints are followed up fully

* Liaising with contractors and management as to the repairs/maintenance requirements

* General administrative duties and call handling.

This role is a very fast paced role and will be working within a busy work environment.

* You will ideally be able to work under pressure and be confident in call handling

* Have strong administration skills

* Ideally you will have strong background in call centre work and/or customer service
