Working in partnership with a leading organisation the Bridge are recruiting for a Service Transition Manager to join a well established team. This is a great opportunity with a modern and technology focused organisation.

As the Service Transition Manager, you will manage the successful and safe introduction of new services and products, and ensure the stability of projects as they transition into support with minimal disruption to live services and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage changes in a controlled manner from design to operations
• Mobilising and building required service management capability including appropriate resources, maintaining this approach throughout the project execution, providing leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Shape and plan the service transition aspects of the project
