Job Title: Training & Quality Lead

Salary: GBP21,591 - GBP23,838

Your New Role
You will work closely with the Customer Service team to support in the development, implementation and monitoring of frameworks for coaching, quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives for the service. Your will be responsible for creating training programmes to manage and record individual's performances at both customer service and team leader level. You will work closely with the learning and development team to create improvement and coaching plans to develop their skills and career. You will also work closely with the management team to identify training needs through coaching and customer feedback to help staff achieve high customer service standards. Ensure that daily targets are easily tracked using the technology provided and implementing new creative ideas to review performance.
What You Will Need
You will be able to get the best results out of your team due to having significant training and quality monitoring experience, working in a complex multi-channel and multi-disciplinary Contact Centre Operations. You will also have experience in developing and delivering coaching and improvement programmes to a wider team to track and develop people and performance management. Overall you will be motivated to take ownership and empower others to deliver great success.
